In 2003, FITi invited Danny Lu to be the chairman of the company. Before FITi, Danny was the General Manager of IBM Global Services for IBM Greater China group. Danny brought a lot experiences to FITi and help the company to become solution and service focused company.

In 2007, FITi become a consulting partner of Salesforce.com. FITi provide consulting and implementation services for CRM and salesforce.com. FITi has the most experience of Salesforce.com in the Greater China region. FITi has also successfully helped many Taiwan and global companies to implement their CRM system.
