Leadership Transition Announcement Following the Board of Directors meeting on June 12, 2026, Ms. Annie Lu will assume the role of Chair, succeeding Mr. Danny Lu, who has led the company with vision and dedication for many years. At the same time, Mr. Ken Li, formerly Vice President of Sales, has been appointed as the new Managing Director. Mr. CC Lu, our current General Manager, will officially retire after many years of outstanding leadership and contribution to the company.
